You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details.

 

SECTION 4 - UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATORY FOR CLAIMS For the protection of both the customer and the brand:

  • Requirement: In the event of missing items or damage during transit, the customer must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video.

  • Process: The video must start from the moment the courier seal is broken and continue until the contents are displayed.

  • Claims: Without a valid unboxing video, Face and Fix reserves the right to reject any claims for missing or damaged products.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. As per our policy:

  • No restocking fees or hidden charges apply to returns.

  • Returns must be initiated within the 7-day window.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttarakhand, India.
