Mandatory Unboxing Video: If you receive a package that is damaged or has missing items, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you open the courier seal until the product is fully inspected.

No Video, No Claim: Without a complete unboxing video, we will not be able to process claims for missing or damaged products. This is necessary to verify the condition of the package as it was delivered.

Reporting Time: Any issues regarding missing items must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery along with the video evidence.
