Face and Fix के लिए यह रही एक प्रोफेशनल Shipping Policy। इसे आप अपने Shopify के Settings > Policies में पेस्ट कर सकते हैं। इसमें हमने उत्तराखंड की लोकेशन और आपके ड्रॉपशिपिंग मॉडल को ध्यान में रखा है।


Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Face and Fix. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days (depending on your location in India).

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Face and Fix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Missing Items Face and Fix is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping only if the customer follows our mandatory unboxing policy:

  • Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited unboxing video is required to claim any refund or replacement for damaged or missing items.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Delivery Area We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. For remote areas like hilly regions or northeast states, delivery might take 2-3 extra days.
